Required before bidding
1. Preregister and verify payment
Sign in, provide contact information, accept the current terms, and establish an approved payment method. A Board officer verifies the external provider or deposit reference before bidding is enabled.
Use your Microsoft or GitHub account so bids stay attached to one verified identity.

Each accepted bid uses the server clock. A bid received with less than 60 seconds remaining extends that item's close time to 60 seconds after the bid.
